Al-Maa’uun helps adults (18+) build job skills, earn certifications, and connect to employment opportunities. If you’re interested in job training, your first step is to complete our intrest form so our team can confirm eligibility and help match you to the best pathway.
Training Intake
Thank you for your interest in Al-Maa’uun’s CNA Training and Job Training programs.
All participants must complete an Intake Interest Form first so we can verify eligibility, confirm training availability, and share the official registration steps.
What to expect after you submit your interest form
You will receive an email with information about your selected training program.
You will receive steps to schedule an intake appointment.
If you qualify and space is available, you will receive instructions to complete official registration.
Training spots are limited and depend on cohort availability and funding.
Our Approach
What does Al-Maa'uun do to help the unemployed workforce?
We offer career services that support people through every step of the job search process, including the real-life challenges that can make it hard to find and keep a job. Our goal is to help you feel confident, prepared, and supported as you work toward stable employment and long-term career growth.
Support may include one-on-one career coaching to help you figure out your goals, explore career options, and create a plan that makes sense for your life. We also help with resume building, cover letters, applications, and interview preparation so you can show up ready and professional. Job readiness support can include workplace expectations, communication skills, time management, and learning how to succeed once you’re hired.
We also connect participants to training and certification pathways, including programs that can lead to higher pay and better opportunities. When you’re ready, we provide job placement support by helping you search for jobs, connect with employers, and take the next steps toward employment.
CDL Licensing
Get trained to earn your Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and prepare for a career in trucking, delivery, transportation, or city/state driving jobs. This program supports you with the steps needed to move toward testing and employment.
Boiler Licensing
Train for boiler/operator licensing and learn the basics of building systems, safety, and maintenance. This program helps you work toward jobs in facilities, schools, apartments, and industrial settings.
IT Certification
Build tech skills and earn an industry-recognized certification to help you qualify for entry-level IT jobs. Topics may include computer basics, troubleshooting, networks, and customer support.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Prepare for a healthcare career by training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You’ll learn patient care basics, safety, and workplace skills needed to work in nursing homes, hospitals, and home care.
