Sahabah Youth Mentoring Program

Building Confidence, Character, and Community

At Al-Maa’uun, the Sahabah Youth Mentorship Program (SYM) is dedicated to emboldening, empowering, and exciting young people through consistent mentorship, engaging activities, and community service.

Our mission is simple: to guide youth toward purpose, confidence, and leadership while nurturing their growth academically, socially, and spiritually. Through mentorship, we help youth become responsible, compassionate, and successful community members—grounded in faith and driven by excellence.

Why Mentorship Matters

Mentorship changes lives.
SYM creates powerful, positive connections between youth and mentors who care. Together, they learn, grow, and build lifelong skills that empower them to thrive.

Benefits for Youth:

  • Build confidence and leadership skills

  • Improve academic focus and self-discipline

  • Learn positive communication and decision-making

  • Strengthen connection to community and faith

  • Gain a trusted mentor who truly listens and guides

Benefits for Mentors:

  • Give back through meaningful impact

  • Develop your own leadership and communication skills

  • Build authentic relationships that strengthen our community

Join the Movement

Every young person deserves encouragement, accountability, and a strong support system.
SYM connects youth (ages 13–21) with caring mentors who provide guidance, motivation, and practical life skills through one-on-one mentorship, group outings, and monthly community events.

If you’re ready to grow, learn, and be part of something that lasts — this is your place.
